v2000

  • A portable eye-movement and gaze monitoring system.
  • Displays and records the subject's point-of-gaze with respect to the scene.
V2000

PERFORMANCE

  • Horizontal and vertical eye movements and pupil-size are measured 120 times per second.
  • Resolution of +/-0.1°.
  • Horizontal tracking range of +/-40°, vertical tracking range of +/-30°.
  • Robust performance and freedom from artifacts.
  • Insensitivity to relative movements between the eye-tracker and the head.
  • Lightweight eye-tracker and scene-camera assembly fits easily and comfortably on subject (weight approx. 300 grams).
  • Field-of-view for the scene-camera ranges from 22° to 90°.

EASE OF USE

  • Continuous display of the subject's eye and on-screen instructions support rapid set-up procedures.
  • Adaptive procedures optimize system performance for each subject.
  • Fully automated and semi-automated calibration procedures.
  • Calibrations are easily achieved and maintained.
  • Single hand-held keyboard controls all eye-tracking, display and recording functions.
  • Single monitor supports all eye-tracking and display functions.
  • System parameters are adjusted through multiple on-screen menus.

DATA RECORDING TO DVD

  • Records video from scene camera with super-imposed eye-position markers.
  • Fuses eye-position data with measurements of pupil-size, timeline information, event markers, and data from six digital channels.

FUNCTIONS SUPPORTED BY VISPORT

  • VISPORT is a software product that uses the serial port of a PC (IBM compatible) to communicate with the portable eye tracker.
  • Data recording to hard disk.
  • Strip-chart display of eye-movements data on the computer screen.
  • Upgrades of software in the portable eye-tracker.
  • Display of calibration data.
  • Control of all system set-up parameters (hardware configuration, calibration modes, post-processing.)
